Use NextPick fairly

By using NextPick, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age for your Google or Apple account in your country.

Use NextPick for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, automate excessive requests, or try to access someone else's data.

Picks are suggestions

NextPick is designed for entertainment and ordinary everyday choices. A result may occasionally be unavailable, outdated, or wrong, so check important details with the original source.

NextPick is not medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for high-stakes decisions.

Third-party services

Links may open stores, streaming services, maps, or other websites. Their availability, prices, content, and terms are controlled by them.

By using Food & Drink, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google Maps content is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Check important place details in Google Maps before visiting.

Purchases

Your app store handles payment, cancellation, and refunds, subject to your legal rights. Subscription price and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions continue until you cancel in your store account. Deleting NextPick does not cancel an active subscription.

Feedback and ownership

You keep ownership of feedback you send and allow us to use it to support and improve NextPick. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or content you do not have the right to share.

NextPick's software, design, branding, and original content belong to Wonjun Yang or the relevant licensors. We may change or discontinue features, and we cannot promise that the service will always be available or error-free.

Your account

You may stop using NextPick or delete your account at any time. We may restrict an account that repeatedly breaks these terms or harms the service.

Legal details

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, NextPick is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply. We may update the terms as NextPick changes and will give appropriate notice of material changes.

Apple, the Apple logo, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
