Delete your account
You’re in control. You can permanently delete your account and the data connected to it.
The quickest way
- Open NextPick and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Enter the confirmation phrase and confirm deletion.
Your signed-in session lets us verify the request straight away. Deletion cannot be undone.
Don’t have the app?
Email us from the address connected to your account and say whether you used Google or Apple. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership, but never your password or sign-in code.
What happens next
We remove your NextPick account, saved activity, likes, hidden items, feedback, and preferences. The app also clears account data from the device where you complete deletion.
In-app deletion normally starts immediately. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days, and we’ll confirm when the request is complete.
One subscription reminder
Deleting your account does not cancel an active app-store subscription. If you no longer want it to renew, cancel it separately in your store subscription settings.
Limited security, legal, or support records may remain only where they are still needed or legally required. Temporary information that is no longer linked to your account expires on its normal schedule.
